Our Story

A Decade of Flight, Dreamed First

Before aeroG Aviation was a company, it was a question asked late at night: what if flight could be personal? What if the sky, which had always belonged to airlines and the wealthy, could belong to everyone? That question became sketches. Sketches became simulations. Simulations became a decade of relentless iteration, thousands of hours spent in the strange, wonderful space between imagination and engineering.

We began with flight simulation, building detailed aircraft models for X Plane, Microsoft Flight Simulator, and other platforms. Those early years taught us something essential: that a great aircraft is not just a machine, but a system of compromises resolved with elegance. Every simulated flight hour was a lesson in aerodynamics, systems integration, and the poetry of a well-designed cockpit.

The 2026 eVTOL redesign is the culmination of that decade, our flagship concept, with four ducted fans in annular rings, a sleek rounded fuselage, and a T tail. It represents everything we've learned, distilled into a single vision of quiet, clean, personal flight. Today, we are focused on creating the engineering specifications that will carry this vision toward certification, guided by FAA Advisory Circular AC 21.17 4 (Type Certification for Powered Lift, issued July 2025).

The journey from first sketch to certification ready specifications has been long. But the sky was never going to wait, and neither were we.

A DECADE OF FLIGHT

Ten years from flight simulator models to the 2026 eVTOL redesign.

ENGINEERING RIGOR

Building certification ready specifications per FAA AC 21.17 4, Type Certification for Powered Lift.

COMMUNITY DRIVEN

Born in the flight sim community, designing for aviation's electric future.

The Decade in Motion

2016 to 2020: The Simulation Years. We began by building detailed aircraft models for flight simulators, learning the deep craft of aerodynamics and systems through thousands of virtual flight hours.

2021 to 2025: The Design Deepens. Sketches became serious engineering. We iterated relentlessly on eVTOL configurations, studying what quiet, efficient vertical flight would truly require.

2026: The Redesign. Our flagship concept emerges: four ducted fans in annular rings, a sleek rounded fuselage, T tail. Today we write the engineering specifications, guided by FAA AC 21.17 4, that will carry this vision toward certification.

From Hangar to Sky

This image holds a decade in a single frame: the workshop hangar where ideas took shape, dissolving into the soaring eVTOL they became.

From first sketch to flagship concept, ten years of iteration drawn in light.

Concept rendering. The journey continues.

FROM WEAVE TO WINGS

This image holds precision in a single pass: the robotic arm laying down carbon threads, transforming raw fiber into structural flight.

From individual tow to aerospace-grade panel, millimeters of material aligned with absolute mastery.

Automated accuracy. The journey continues.

High-speed deposition meets sub-millimeter inspection. Every layer laid with precision, every pulse echo probing deeper than the eye can see.

A decade of composite innovation distilled into automated perfection.

Precision engineering. The journey continues.
